Overview
Nepal is a small country bordering the giants of Asia: India and China. Although Nepal is a small country, it is a land of natural and cultural heritage, cloud-piercing mountain ranges, and rich customs and traditions. The mountain range of the Himalayas is the highest in the world. You can find many fascinating topographical regions as it has a hot Terai region, moderate Hilly region, and cold Himalayan vistas, along with valleys, ravines, lowlands, ranges like Siwalik and Mahabharat, and Fore Himalayas.
Nepal has many natural, cultural, and religious heritages along with many topographical features. Influenced by Hinduism and Buddhism, this landlocked country has a variety of temples, stupas, and gumbas, from the lowest region of Terai to the highest territory of the Himalayas.
