Itinerary

After clearing immigration and customs at the airport, you will meet our friendly staff from the Himalayan Advisor. You will then transfer to the hotel in vibrant Thamel. After the check-in at the hotel, you can either rest or roam around the labyrinth of Kathmandu with streets and markets crowded with exotic produce and a mystifying blend of people.

The trek to Annapurna Base Camp is not challenging at all. It is moderately hard as it takes you to 4200m of altitude and requires 5-7 hours of walking every day. The Annapurna Base Camp trekking itinerary is for novice trekkers with good health and standard physical fitness. No previous experience trekking experience is necessary. So, if you are in good health, you can make it to our Annapurna Base Camp trek.

Temperatures are warm and pleasant in the city and cold in the mountains.

You can get Nepal’s Visa on arrival in airport or other entry point of Nepal.

Bring warm clothes that can be layered and sunglasses to adjust as temperatures vary.

Trekking boots and lightweight poncho or raincoat is recommended.

Take plenty of batteries and Nepalese currency for your personal use.
