Janakpur is a beautiful city famous for the Janaki Mandir, the biggest temple in Nepal, built-in 1898 AD.  Not only Janaki Mandir but it also has other religious sites: Ram Sita Vivaha Mandir, Ram Mandir, Hanuman Mandir, Ganga Sagar, Dhanus Sagar, and Ram Janaki Biwaha Mandap. After reaching Janakpur, we will take you to your hotel for an overnight stay.

We will explore all the religious sites of Janakpur early in the morning and then drive to Kathmandu after breakfast. It will be just a few hours rides to Kathmandu. After reaching Kathmandu, we will take you to your hotel for check-in and rest. Then you can rest in the hotel room or explore the market of Thamel in the evening. You will stay in the hotel and sleep early for your religious experience around Kathmandu valley.

The whole day you will travel to the cities of Kathmandu Valley. You will visit five UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Nepal and a famous viewpoint, Chandragiri Hill.

The Pashupatinath temple complex is an important Hindu religious site in Nepal. You will visit the temple early morning for 'Arati' and 'Puja.' The temple is on the bank of the holy river Bagmati. You can see various pagoda-style architectures around the complex, which houses many Gods and Goddesses. There is lore that if we cremate the dead on the banks of the Bagmati river, they will go to heaven. On the platform near the river bank, we can see the cremation rituals of the dead people. Be careful of the monkeys roaming around the vicinity as they may suddenly attack you.

Then we will head to Chandragiri hills. It is a beautiful hill where you can also see snow in winter. You will ride a gondola to reach the hilltop. The temple of Bhaleshwor Mahadev sits on Chandragiri hill with a restaurant, eateries, gift shop, and a park for children. The Chandragiri hill is 2551 meters above sea level, so the scenery is beautiful. After spending some time there, we will visit Bouddhanath Stupa and Swayambhunath stupa. Both the stupas are a beacon of the Buddhist religion. The Bouddhanath stupa is 36 meters tall with murals around it. The area of Stupa is enormous, with many shops and eateries built around it. The Swayambhunath stupa stands on top of the hill, with many Hindu temples and Gods on the periphery. This site reflects the relationship of Hindu and Buddhist religions as they attain harmony together.

Finally, we will visit the two Durbar Square (Royal Courtyard) of Kathmandu Valley. They are the historical landmark of Nepal. The Patan Durbar Square in Lalitpur district is half an hour's drive from Kathmandu. The main attraction of the Patan Royal Courtyard is the Krishna Temple, a big bell, Bhimsen Temple, Taleju Bhawani Temple, Vishwanath Temple, and the three inner courtyards called Keshav Narayan Chowk, Mul Chowk, and Sundari Chowk. The Kathmandu Durbar Square (Basantapur Durbar Square/Kshetra) is famous for many iconic buildings and temples like Hanumandhoka, Taleju Temple, Kalbhairav, Sweta Bhairav, Kumari Temple, and many more. You can also see many vendors staying in Basantapur Chowk, selling different art and craft items. After the religious and historical experience, we will drop you at your hotel.

Today, we will drive to Pokhara. On your travel to Pokhara, we will take you to Manakamana Temple. The temple is in the Gorkha district. The temple of Bhagwati is accessible using a cable car at an altitude of 1360 meters. The temple is pagoda-style with two levels. The temple is named Manakamana, 'Mana' meaning heart, and 'Kamana' meaning wishes. If you pray in the temple, it is believed that your wish will be fulfilled. You can also get excellent views of various mountain peaks from the temple. After the temple, we will continue our journey to Pokhara. Along the pleasant winding road to Pokhara, we can see many terraced fields, hills, rivers, and country lifestyles from our windows. Upon arrival, we will check into the hotel and rest for the night.

On the sixth day, we will drive to Muktinath. It will be a pleasant ride on our private vehicle with beautiful natural beauty like hills, mountains, and terraced farmland. As we arrive in Muktinath, we will check in to the lodge/teahouse and rest for the day.

We will get up early morning and head towards Muktinath temple for puja. Muktinath temple is sacred ground at the highest altitude of 3800 meters. The temple houses the deity Vishnu along with statues of many other gods in the vicinity. Then we will have our breakfast and head to Pokhara. We will stay in the Pokhara for the night.

It will be a wonderful day as we will visit many interesting and religious sites in Pokhara. We will wake up before sunrise and then head to Sarangkot View Tower. It will be a ½ to 1-hour journey to the top at 1600 meters altitude. The first rays of sun hitting the top of snowy peaks is mesmerizing, and the panoramic view of Pokhara city, the mountains like Annapurna, Manaslu, Machhapuchhre, Dhaulagiri, and Phewa Lake is astounding. We will then move to Bindhyabasini temple. The temple is one of the oldest in Pokhara city, with Goddess Bhagwati at its core.

Then we will have breakfast and head to Pumdikot View Tower (1500m). The view tour has amazing views like Sarangkot and a newly created park. The theme park has 108 Shiva Linga, equal to 108 steps. After reaching the top, a 51 feet Shiva statue is seen there. Finally, we will visit Gupteshwor Mahadev Gupha along with Davis Falls. The Davis Falls, also called Patale Chango, is a famous waterfall of Pokhara as it moves 30 meters underground for 200 meters. The running water cuts the bedrocks and can also be heard from Gupteshwor Cave. The Gupteshwor Cave has a Mahadev Temple, so people hover over the place to worship the deity. We will head back to our hotel for the night.

Today we will depart from Pokhara and head to Kathmandu. But before driving towards Kathmandu, we will visit Tal Barahi temple. The temple is on an island middle of Phewa Lake. The early morning boat rides will soothe your body, and as you worship Goddess Durga, it will heal your soul. Also, the mirror image of the temple and mountain peaks reflected in the lake early in the morning is incredible. Then, we will have our breakfast and head back to Raksaul. As the last day of our religious trip to Janakpur, Muktinath, Kathmandu, and Pokhara, we will end this beautiful journey today. We will drive you back to Raksaul.
