Stop At: Patan Durbar Square, Lalitpur
Your first stop is Patan Durbar Square. It lies in Lalitpur District. You will be picked up from your hotel at 9 in the morning and we will drive to durbar square. The royal courtyard of Patan displays old and eye-catching structures. There are three main courtyards in Patan Durbar Square:
- Sundari Chowk
- Mul Chowk
- Keshav Narayan Chowk: Now a museum with Buddhist, Tantric, and Hindu arts and artifacts
These three chowks are filled with many important complexes such as Krishna Mandir, Bhimsen temple, Vishwanath Temple, and Taleju Bhawani Temple. Also, Hiranya Varna Mahavihar Temple, commonly known as the golden temple is in the area of the royal courtyard with a large golden image of Lord Buddha and prayer wheels in the periphery. After exploring the area, we will move toward our second destination for the day.

Stop At: Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Bhaktapur
We will drive to the east of Kathmandu Valley to reach the city of devotees, Bhaktapur. It is filled with medieval vibes as we enter the city with old buildings and red stone roads. You will visit the major attractions of the region such as 55 Window Palace, Lion's Gate, Golden Gate, Vastala Temple, Siddhi Laxmi Temple, and Nyatapola Temple. All the temples and entrances will have some sort of statue of a beast and/or person guarding the entrances of the temple. All the buildings are museums of the place. As Kathmandu valley is influenced by Newari culture, you can try many Newari delicacies in the region and famous local curds too. Finally, we will move towards our last location for the day.

Stop At: Changunarayan, Bhaktapur
We will drive a few miles north of Bhaktapur to a hilltop and reach the village of Changu. As the temple of Changunarayan is in the village, the village is called Changu. The temple is recorded as a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its religious and historical importance. The temple is said to be built in the Licchavi era of Nepal. The architectural style of the temple is not exactly known so it is called as traditional Nepali style. Lord Vishnu is worshipped in the main temple which is two-story roofed. As all the temples have, there are various carvings in the temple with monuments of different forms of Lord Vishnu. There are also other sculptures of many deities surrounding the temple. Our journey for the day will end at the Changunarayan Temple and you are dropped at your hotel or departure place.
