6:00 am: Pickup from hotel or designated location and transfer to airport
The tour begins early morning as we will pick you up at 6:00 am. So be ready before that. You will ride to the domestic airport and catch the flight to Lukla in a helicopter. The flight instructor will brief you on this trip and the rules including the safety measures and guidelines. Then we will meet the pilot and board the helicopter.

7:00 am: Fly to Lukla
Then the seating arrangements are made and we take off from the east of Kathmandu with the scenery of peaks like Langtang, Manaslu, Gaurishankar, and Ganesh Himal. We will fly over green hills and many rivers and finally reach Lukla. The aerial view of the Lukla is spectacular.

7:45 am: Land at Lukla for refueling
In Lukla, the helicopter is usually refueled for further travel. It will be a 10 to 15 minutes of break. In the meantime, you can enjoy the beautiful mountain views from Tenzing Hillary Airport.

8:00 am: Fly to Pheriche
As the refueling is completed, we will head to Pheriche. We fly over Dudhkoshi towards Namche Bazar. After we fly across Monjo, we will officially be in Sagarmatha National Park. Namche Bazar is the economic hub of the Khumbu region. We can see many local Sherpa villages with peaks like Langtang, Ganesh Himal, Gauri Shankar Himal, Lhotse, and Nuptse during our flight. We fly over to Pheriche to stop if there are 4-5 guests with us.

8:20 am: Fly to Kalapatthar and Everest Base Camp
After we reach Pheriche, as the weight limit is 250 kg on a helicopter for smooth flight, we will only take at most 3 people on a further journey to Kalapathar and Everest Base Camp. The remaining will stay at Pheriche and wait for their turn. As the flight takes off to Kalapathar above Everest Base Camp, the glorious panoramic view can be seen with the highest peaks like Mount Everest, Cho Oyu, Lobuche, Nuptse, Lhotse, and many more. Then we will fly towards Everest Base Camp to mark the finale of the Everest Base Camp Heli Tour. If the landing is not possible due to bad weather conditions or other issues, we will not land in one or any spots but just fly over Everest Base Camp & Kalapatthar. We will get about 20 minutes to capture the moment before going back to Pheriche to pick up the guest who is there and give them a turn. And finally, take all the guests and fly towards Syangboche.

9:00 am: Fly to Syangboche and breakfast at Everest View Hotel
After finishing the visit to the Everest Base Camp, we will fly to Syangboche for a hearty breakfast at Everest View Hotel. The Everest View Hotel is the highest in the world with an entry in the Guinness Book of World. We can see a similar panoramic scenery from the hotel. The time to spend in the hotel is roughly 30 minutes, so fill up your plate and gaze at the highest peak in bliss.

9:45 am: Fly to Lukla and refueling
After breakfast, we will fly to Lukla and refuel for the flight back to Kathmandu.
